Haha right!? I had this discussion with my inspector last tax stamp. Like how do you even find a parcel service slower than USPS bc 2-3 weeks is gnarkill especially when we live in GA

I think they batch mail them to the dealers. Seems like they wait until certain days to mail them all out. Doesn't make any sense to me.
Me too, I have another that pending 5/6, too lazy to call ATF just hoping I get call from Norcross Gun Club soon.
That sounds very probable because my last one came in with like 3 other people's. I'm on 8 months 9ish days I think for my form 4 time now.
Form 3 approved, unfortunately dealer says it will be another 1-2weeks before he can ship. Something about his FFL. Wish he could have told me beforehand...
From past experience, they must figure that since you waited 9 months, what's another week or 3. Seems that they get to the LGS a lot slower than normal mail. I'm waiting for the back log to clear or HPA to pass before I look at anything else. I figure I've got another couple of months for all the July (pre 41F) stamps to clear.
DAM, sounds like your dealer works for the feds approving stamps as his day job. What was his FFL excuse?
Just FYI, experience has proven that in most cases if they tell you there is no problem, there is a problem or he would have had it ready to ship when he received your stamp. The kiss of death is if th tells you not to worry, WORRY!!!!
