I thought it the times were supposed to start dropping off after June/July? Wishful thinking I guess. Waiting on my sbr filed under a trust.

It appears individual times are down to the 120-150 day range. Evidently in the ATF eye's, trust folks are up to no good and require extra scrutiny...

I'm headed to a cabin in TN in the next couple months. I would like to bring one of my SBR's and suppressor for a little shoot. Which form do I need to file so I can transport across state lines and how long is this taking?

I forget the form number but it only took them about 30 days to process mine. You can date it for a full year.

Yup. Another member posted up that it took him 5 weeks to get the approval.

Well looks like my one filed Nov 18,2016 will be my Christmas present ! The wait is ridiculous but I'm lucky I can go to the creek on back of my land ( it's in a small valley ) and shoot. I just never take it off the property .
