Yeah individuals have been tracking faster than the trust route since 41F went to effect. I would have gone individual but I go so much on my trust and I'm OCD so I had to keep filing trust. Got an SBR and a 30 cal can waiting
I figured that was the case. Most of my stuff is in a trust but these last two I submitted as individual as I am just impatient and figured it would be quicker. Looks like I made the right call. (Well until I move them both into my trust and that cost me $400.) But at least I can be in possession while that is happening.
Its a shame we have to do this at all.
Well finally have my suppressor in hand, spent the last three days calling up the chain of command at the ATF. Finally got to the Branch Chief, he asked for the dealer to give him a call directly so he can talk to them and advise them accordingly that a certified stamp-less copy is as good as the original stamped copy. Stamp is considered lost, so I'll have to live with a certified copy and lesson learned.
