ODT NFA tracker thread

Quickest I have received a form 4 was 11 months. That was eform individual submitted May 2023 received April 2024. What I found was that it sat without being touched from May until sometime late December or early January. Someone finally looked at it and got it moving. I just submitted another eform 4 individual a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully this one will move a little faster.
That's ridiculous, though I recall 2020-2023 was the COVID NFA frenzy where approval times took up to a year or longer.

Even more ridiculous that your most recent Form 4 is taking 2 weeks already; in fact, individual should be faster than trust, the latter of which I did I and got back in 4 days last month.

You might need a upin. The last 4 eforms I submitted came back in days. Longest was 5, shortest was 2.

Not sure if this is an actual thing you can do or not, but I have heard of people contacting their congressional representative to inquire about it, I have heard this can help but have never had to do it.
I did that on my last can and it did help but this was a few years ago and I was at 400+ days. The take was the ATF was denying me a service or product I had dutifully paid a tax on without cause.

Had my stamp within a few days of that contact.

I think calling the examiners first is best in case there is some sort of error needing to be corrected first. They are still in my contacts.
