Yep I just spoke with a live person on the phone. Yay! The only thing he could tell me though was that he didn't see any problems or errors and I would just need to wait to hear from them 🤷‍♂️ Now been over 5 months

At the recommendation of my dealer, Sole Oak Supply, I sent a message to the FBI. I sent it on a Friday and got approval on Monday. Just include your name and control number for your form 4. I got an automated response but it got approved so it must have been the little kick in the butt they needed to get things moving.

Call your congressman and ask them to call. I know pre covid that worked once it was well past the average wait times.

After two weeks of waiting, I finally spoke with my examiner Friday. Stamps should be in the mail this week.

Just committed to a DD SBR from Silencer Shop. I've been eyeing getting a SBR for a couple months now. Got an email from DD today advertising that Silencer Shop was waving the $200 tax stamp and with everything going on, decided now was the time to pull the trigger so to speak.

I had a hard time choosing between the classic, standard lower MK18 or the new ambi-lower. All my other lowers are standard mil-spec so I continued that route.
