Dang! I filed around the same time on a pap sbr. Hopefully I'll hear something soon.Form: 1 sbr in trust paper file
check cleared: 7/2/13
pending: 8/27/13
arrived: 3/24/13
In my case, paper took 8.5 months from check clearing, 7 from pending.

I just got back my Form 1 that was eFiled Nov 13, 2013. Approved 3/25/2014. This was my first stamp and I used the sticky trust documents on this forum as a template. There were no delays or errors.
For those of you who are interested, they actually approved it without any engraving required. I'm not sure if it made any difference, but the serial number started with SBR.

They have and will approve it without you providing the engraving information, but that does not mean you do not have to do it. The Form 1 is a request to manufacture a Title I gun in to a Title II gun, and the handbook states, "The marking and identification requirements for a maker are the same as for a manufacturer. Refer to section 7.4 for a detailed discussion of the requirements". Here is a link to the NFA Handbook.
I have read this debate many times on gun forums, and although I have never heard of someone being prosecuted for lack of an engraving, just like 922r, I would err on the side of caution and get it done.
