The stamp came in for the ARC 30 today.
Im still waiting from 2/09/2016(purchased 1/27/2016) when they got my paperwork. Form 4. I dont think it's ever coming.

Nice. I had a Feb 26th too. I'm travelling this week... so that means the call will come right? Since I can't immediately drive over and get it!
I got my DeadAir Sandman Ti yesterday from Capitol Armory (Round Rock, TX).
Purchased: January 5th, 2016

Arrived at my house: August 10th, 2016 (it took a bit longer as I had them ship it to me, so I had to wait for the paperwork to get to them and then another 7 days for the CLEO notification).
What I can say about the can is that is extremely well made. Very light, but it "feels" heavier than it is, if that makes sense. I haven't shot it yet, but I am heading to the range tomorrow with my 3 other .30 cal cans to put it to the test.

The can I had bought back in the beginning of January after all the mess ups finally had a pending date of April 1st so I guess I have a while, as long as I have it before deer season I will be good.
My SBS has it's pending date of July 11th so that's going to be a while, I barely got that in before the cut off.
