Usually a month or so.

I asked this question when speaking to a customer service rep on the 9th of this month and was told the Examiner has 10 calendar days to get it off their desk and in the mail.

Got it. I'll assume that it got shipped out the 26th since it was approved the 16th. Which means it should be in any second.
