Official ODT Silver Thread

I'm not looking to buy or sell right now, so just along for the ride.
Certainly doesn't hurt to have some. Just wouldn't buy right now. Wish I had a lot more than I do. Back in the 80s I had a little. But the very little I have now is probably worth more than I had then. Always wanted 10% of my portfolio to be bullion. Never even had close to that. I've wanted back in it for decades, just never made it happen. Last I was buying silver it was $7 an ounce. And holding very stable at that. Back then I needed every penny I could muster up. The last gold was $400 an ounce

The long game runs on dollar cost averaging. It's never a bad time to buy/sell, just more or less favorable subject to factors. Right now is a great time to buy from someone who wants to free up some cash. Finding that person is the challenge and having the cash to make a deal is also a challenge. The long stackers want bulk moves, 500 plus ounces at a time, or smaller bites with no incentive over an online dealer. Strictly silver speaking.
