My L4 is compression fractured. I had a little bit of pain through the years. Well I had the genius idea to see a VA chiro. It hurts all the time now. Standing - hurts. Sitting - hurts. Period.

He was a solid dude. Big gun guy and had a couple great chats with him. Well the second or third time I saw him he had me kind of hug myself and twist on the bed and he proceeded to kind of jump on me (no homo). No pop or crack occurred, but the pain was immediate. It has hurt since then. I have filed another claim due to it.

I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you feel better soon. I knew exactly what you were talking about on the pain. Fortunately, my Chiro never hurt me. Now I did have spasms. I didn't even have to say anything, he took care of it right away......

Inversion table boi's .............. decompress is the key

Ice and heat rotation. Ice only just before bed. If it's really a strained muscle decompression could aggrivate it more.

Absolutely !! I have a nice one that I got years ago. I had fractured 3 of my vertebrae and had to have pins and cages put in and it hurts like hell all the time !! That inversion table is just about the only thing that helps ….. I swear by it !!
Don’t get the wrong idea, I still have to have the drugs but the inversion helps so much it’s definitely a major plus !!

Ice is nice & stretching I know feeling need grease fitting that area get lube once month might help

If his legs went numb it has in my case always a pinched nerve..... not a strain, I have had them both as a career Iron Worker .............

The Chiro wondered how I went as long as I did without ever seeing one. Always wore some sort of heavy belt for like 50yrs

I lost all muscles from the waist down except my pecker and thigh muscles from pinched off nerves. I'm with you on manual labor.
