Pork tenderloin 2 hours on the traeger on smoke then wrapped and in the oven at 450. Vegies tossed in olive oil and broiled . Hope it makes the cut sir.

You and dinky both suck!! Now I gotta figure out something for tomorrow before going to bed.
I know this might not hold a candle, but...
Sautee baby bella and white cap mushrooms, thick sliced so they stay meaty. set aside, then sautee onions and celery, fry up some tomato paste, add cognac (or tequila, white wine, cognac mix), cook off the alcohol; add cream or sour cream, salt pepper; serve with spaghetti or tortellini. Add parsely. (Might be forgetting something, have had bourbon...) Good bachelor food!
I was surprised to learn the shrooms were tasty by themselves with just pincha salt.
Not the kinda stuff that would've excited me 20 years ago. LOL
