I wouldn't, and I didn't sell mine a month ago for less than $800. Actually, I traded it, equal values.

There are plenty of desperate people who sell things for below their real value. Its all relative I guess. If I can buy something of greater value for less, I sure would too. Buying something sight unseen may or may not be what we hope for either.

If values drop 20% because of political or economic issues, such as Trump becoming the President or something like the housing market decline 8-9 years ago, then so be it. But these always turn back around.

Whose the winner/loser, the buyer or the seller?

Yeah, there's quite a difference between the two. N-Pap's are easier to find as well.

That was a N-Pap. I wouldn't waste my money on one. Those are different like night and day from the quality of an O-Pap.

That's a N-Pap as well. You're comparing Kia's to Mercedes. They don't come close in the quality of parts.
