No infringement, just opinions...open-carrying (unless you are OTJ or hunting, hiking, etc.) is a choice e.g., A 300lb dude can make the decision to wear a speedo to the public pool...just because you can, doesn't always mean that you should.
If you’re going to, at least carry in a level 2 retention holster. Don’t make it so easy.
Few years ago, some young ass guy was walking with his woman in DT Athens. Obviously from Bainbridge or Union County or some ****- not around here as they say. He was ‘protecting’ his girl with a crossbreed IWB concealable at 5 o’clock, tucked safely into his jeans, but his shirt was tucked in.

Every video I’ve ever seen of a civilian successfully defending themselves or others with a gun required then catching the perpetrator unaware. Sneak attacks are the most effective way to defend oneself. Apparently.
