Pain relief suggestions for arthritis?

Bigeloil is what I have used for years for aches and pains and it works. It's sold on line or at feed stores. Use the gel not the liquid. The old lady at my local feed store keeps it in stock for people in this area that have arthritis.

Anyone use a topical cream that actually helps for arthritis pain? I'm trying to refrain from popping over the counter meds to find relief and hope someone might have a good recommendation for a rub on cream. I would consider my arthritis mild to moderate and don't feel it's severe enough to see a rheumatologist.

I had a couple folks suggest Cherry Flex and gave it a try for a couple months only to no avail.

If you are having arthritis pain at your age you might consider seeing a rheumatologist anyway, not so much for pain, but for some treatment to slow the progression of the disease. Speaking from experience.

I've heard that too, maybe something to do with the acids in the vinegar?
Don't know, but when I changed insurance and had to go a month without medication, this got me through. The effects are quick and very noticeable!I have "moderate to severe arthritis through out entire muscular skeletal system" That is a quote from my doctor's office charts.

I have chondromalacia patella and arthritis in my left knee and take 3 alleve a day. Well, I'm supposed to be I take them when I'm really hurting it the weather gets cold/ wet.
