Painter Question?

I've never heard of painting tile, but I do know you shouldn't put anything down over it. Those sticky tiles will look good for a while; and then they'll shift, and look like a horses arse sewn up with a grape vine.

I would clean up and fix what is there. Any bullship put on top is going to look like ass.

If the grout on the floor is sanded, it can be color sealed. The shower should clean up fine as well. Pick a good wall color and that bathroom would look pretty good.
