I haven't bought anything from PSA (yet) but I've been looking for a deal on an upper. Haven't really seen much, and with the tax considered any deal almost needs free shipping to be a deal imo.

When they offer free shipping, they raise the price on the parts... you end up paying for it anyways.

I'm somewhat in the same boat as you are... CBC has some nice looking complete uppers for 30% off. AIM Surplus also has some good deals in Radical Firearms uppers (they are running about the same price as PTAC stuff).

With that being said, those $70 BCGs are a good buy - might as well get 2-3 of them at that price. Even with tax and shipping it's a good deal.
