easiest idea and actually the one I really use although don't really think about it. Most of my stamps are eforms, and the ones that aren't I have in PDF form as well. I have them all saved to a folder on google drive which I can get to from my phone or any internet connected computer in the world. If it really came to it, I could get to them quickly.

What does everyone do with their original paperwork vs the paperwork to keep with the suppressors?

(I've heard about some folks making a smaller copy to carry around. Just wondering what a good strategy would be.)

Make several copies. keep original in safety deposit box. A copy with item , a copy in the safe.

Locked in safe . One copy is in a binder in my car and I keep a copy on my phone
