Perfection?

Going with the lowest bid doesn't always pay off. I'm sure they will correct it. Always heard to wait a year on a car if it is a new model. Gives them time to worked out the bugs. Guess it goes for guns also. No idea how this wasn't tested though. Quality Control starting to suck?

There is a lot of don't know anything by the writer. Started out by saying he could get anyone to tell him what was wrong then in the next paragraph BAM he just knew the problem? ???? Who knows if it is true or not. This story doesn't hold water for me. (And it's not because I think Glocks are the weapons of the gods and don't screw up)

The blog post contains almost no info. With the info available at this point, it might be a faulty spring on a single gun, or it could just as likely be that an officer (or two) stripped/cleaned his new weapon and put it back together wrong.

I helped a guy I work with when he bought a VP9 brand new. I was showing him how to disassemble it to clean it, and I couldn't get the slide back on. You really have to press down on the rear of the slide as you push it back on the frame because the fit is so tight. After about 12 attempts to put it back together, I was starting to think I had messed up his brand new pistol.

Although I'm not a Glock fan because the guns just don't 'fit' me, I'd think it would be very surprising if there was a fundamental flaw with the gun. Glock just has too much experience with the basic design.

The "Front fell off", lol. Come on you Austrian bastards, you had one job, you basically make one gun and you can't even do that correctly. It's a good thing they don't have to divide resources up to make rifles, revolvers, and shotguns...or even a higher end version of their duty pistol.

****, that's like a company that makes only hamburger buns ****ing up their hamburger buns...lol.
