Why didnt you just replace the rollers and locking piece first since the locking piece will wear and the rollers are there in multiple sizes for such.
Seems like you did more than neccessary

When I got this it had +6 rollers in it and bolt gap was .000 and now it has standard in it with perfect head space

Well I would love to take these in and work on them but I'm not certified for this sort of thing I'm just a tinkerer that has a good understanding of how most things operate.

Just a quick update i have ran about 500 rounds through it since my fix and it is holding strong still perfect bolt gap

I'm going to do this to mine makes sense to me and mine has+6 rollers and negative bolt gap I can't wait. I wa told the same thing about needing a new barrel screw that.
