Many years ago a BOA employee ordered a debit card on my account. I went to my local branch and my local banker that I knew told me who did it. I went to that branch and talked to the manager and he denied that any of his employees would do such a thing. I moved my banking out the following day. They are a crap bank with crap service and will close your account if you are in the gun business. Why would anyone bank there or Wells Fargo is beyond me.
