PLEASE HELP WITH IDENTIFYING- AMMO

I bought this a few years ago - I think this is surplus 7.62x 54 r ammo I am planning to sell but not sure. I dont want to open it. I am thinking the next owner may just want to keep it sealed for storage. I am not sure about the markings. Thanks for your help
