Hmm, sounds like you learned the hard way. My Dad did when I was kid.......LOL.......Rough lesson....

I have had Poison Oak, Ivy, Sumac or whatever so many times (and really, really bad) as a kid and young adult that I learned what not to use for TP should such a situation arise.
Nowadays it get a few spots of it and it’s gone in a couple days.

I used to pee in a bottle then I did some research. Seems that pee doesn't bother deer. I've shot deer within minutes of peeing out of the tree.

I wouldn't worry with the bottles. I've pissed out of a stand only to have deer standing it 5 minutes later!

I stopped carrying a bottle a long time ago. This time of year I'd have to have at least a 1 gallon jug anyway.
