Cancer patients need to suck it up and just take their big pharma meds! If for anything else, do it for the poor Georgia boys who visit Portland. Don't be selfish!

Does "legalizing" have to be no restrictions, or can it be "treat it like all the other drugs" (i.e. prescription/etc.)?

I've been one, and yes. That's dangerous. Are you suggesting the driving age be increased, or that since young drivers can behave recklessly, that it somehow cancels out the danger from other sources?

I think some drugs definitely need restrictions and regulations.

I think marijuana needs about as many restrictions and regulations as caffeine does.

Like sellers should be required to be accurate about the content.

I think cities and local governments should be able to regulate that you can't smoke it in public, the smell is definitely a nuisance. So some regulations on its use in public should be up to local governments.

But the federal government should have ZERO regulations on marijuana.

Considering your position on weed it seems only logical that you’d support banning cars completely. Driving fast can alter the mind. Anyone is susceptible to such a thing. So it makes sense to protect everyone.

The sole use of an automobile isn't to alter the brain chemistry is it? This is the weakest attempt at a strawman I've seen recently.
