I'm not worried about the nature of the product I'm just worried about site rules. I will advise him on the laws for the transaction. He is a trustworthy guy just don't want to break the ODT rules is all.

Have him list his own gun. If not, he can trade it in at the local gun store. I bought one gun from a guy that listed for a friend. That ODT'r almost got a negative feedback. I won't buy like that again and I'll never list for anyone.

Yep, if he's willing to take the neg I'd trust that a lot more than a new guy with no posts and zero feedback.
