No photo, but it's basically some grilled chicken chopped up and put in a tortilla with this Asian slaw (bag of slaw mix, asian sesame dressing, peanuts...toss it all in a tortilla, throw it on a flattop to heat up and seal and there you have it...easy and light/fresh.

Fyi, the grocery store had no dried red/kidney beans. I had to dip into my stash. That's a sure enough sign of the apocalypse.

I typically only shop about once a month so the shortages and high prices aren't gradual to me. They are very much self evident and abrupt.
