Like this? This is the asian field roach. Invasive species but very common. They aren't pests unless you have a greenhouse or something. They don't infest houses

Lotta posts I missed. Lol at the Silence of the Lambs reference but no, deaths head moths (and all moths) are a lot of work. I have deaths head roaches thought which are cooler in my opinion
