"Q" firearms. Quality or marketing hype?

I have a Honey Badger, after having Rattlers and DD PDW, etc. Honey Badger is what I prefer. The company built the 300 round and the HB has full adjustable gas block and 1/5 twist. It's a very innovative firearm and works great. I run a Thunder Chicken on mine and it's excellent.

The new Rattler LT isn't as light but it's pretty close. The only issue with the LT is it's Sig. I don't trust the company.

Plus I'm all honest I just prefer the Badger.

Kevin loves to troll. It's hilarious. I don't take it seriously at all. He puts a lot of effort in his design and products. Classic Firearms did a walk along guide with him in his manufacturing plant. Worth looking at.
The company, Q, did not create the 300 bo. AAC did, hence 300 AAC Blackout. Even then, KB essentially just got the 300 Whisper SAAMI spec'd. Smart business move for sure, but not exactly earth shattering there.

And the Honey Badger is not innovative what-so-ever.

There’s a difference between being an innovator and inventor and then being a smart business person. I don’t have any respect for the latter.

The .300 Whisper cartridge was created in the early 1990s by J.D. Jones of SSK Industries. It was developed as a versatile cartridge capable of firing both supersonic and subsonic rounds, making it ideal for use with suppressors. The .300 Whisper is based on a necked-up .221 Remington Fireball case and can utilize a wide range of bullet weights.

I wouldn't buy **** from Kevin Brittingham.
My oldest OSR at work claims his daughter was married to Kevin years ago. He claims he is an absolute arrogant asshole and jerk off and could never stand being in the same room as him. I say all that to say, the man told me he STILL bought Q cans after the fact because he SWORE Kevin knew what he was doing because of his background.

Was a typo. Meant to write "the owner of the company (Q) developed 300".
