Question for you guys who use Ableton

My youngest son has been using Ablenton Light for some time. He want to buy some "sample packs" (or whatever they are called). He is a beginner.

Where do you guys buy these sample packs from? Any reliable online store that you would reccomend?
He mentioned producerloops.com

He has a Novation Lounchpad as well, if it makes any difference.

He makes a lot of incremental noises. He calls them build ups.
