I actually bought a safe and torch cut the front 6 inches off of it with the door still in it. Drilled and lag bolted the whole thing into a steel casing in a concrete wall.

In Jasper GA off Hwy 515 the Bargin Barn has a few safe door styles on display and of course tons of safes. The last time I was there they were trying to unload them for way cheaper then normal but that may have been the end of year sale. I hope this helps in your project.
I bought my safe there about 12 years ago and they had the best prices on the best safes I could afford. I haven't been there in a while but I would look there first if I ever buy another!!
