You mind sharing the paint and sponges you used? I tried it a while back and it didn't produce the look and finish I was looking for.

I used different krylon fusion paint cans, I don’t recall the exact names of the colors I used but it’s not the camouflage ones... I wanted a little more pop... I remember the orange was husquvarna (spelling?)
I sprayed them all black first then let it dry. I ripped up pieces of a natural sea sponge ($17... the most expensive part of the process)... and ripped it to the size I wanted. Then dabbed colors here and there until I got what I wanted. I wish I would have hung them and painted them hanging. I had them on a table... then I used a clear matte clear coat.
I went cheap on the sponge it ended up smearing.. I have found if you use the matte colors for a base and finish with a flat clear it gives it the "right" look. Again, thanks for the sponge tip. Time to break out my donor American stock and try again.
