I’ve been running. Got rained out today though. Getting back to where I need to be.

Does anyone know if this is going to be mostly trail or road?

What do you mean rained out? We may have to run in the rain, you missed an opportunity to see how your gear was going to work in that case.

Good to know. I’ve been doing hard trail runs and road runs. Sounds like road shoes would be a better bet.

Last one I did my gear was plenty wet, so no worries there. We had to go swimming and then low crawl under wire through mud.

Probably about 50-60mins on the 5k.

That’s about what I thought I pushed my boy in the stroller in my neighborhood which is all up and down hill a little over a mile and a half in 30 minutes but that’s all walking I plan on jogging at least half or I would like to lol
