Well I am ready to start reloading but need supplies , I saw that the Hazmat fee’s make ordering online cost prohibitive, but one of my Fav stores carries reloading stuff I saw it on their webpage. I decided I am going to stop in Academy Sports on my way to Daytona and much to my surprise there is a new one in McDonough. Ok I will stop at that one on the way back,

Ok so today on way home I am excited I get to stop and get my supplies, Guess What they do not carry any reloading supplies they have no place to store it and the licenses are way to much, UGH So BPS here I come,

Like Inkdaddy say's Gun Shows, there's one in Jacksonville this weekend at the Prime Osborne Center. We'll be there picking up supplies as usual.

Feel free to stop by our store located just off Hwy41 in Marietta and check out our selection of reloading supplies. We carry a wide selection of powders and a limited but growing selection of other components. We also just got in several new presses, dies and other reloading tools from Lee and SmartReloader. See our site sponsor ad or check us out at http://www.kudzutactical.com. Our store should be online next week so you can check out what we have but feel free to stop by this weekend and check us out in person(the store is closed on Sundays though).

tok shooter,

Purchase primers in 5000 bricks to get the best price. Dixie Ammo dump just South of Brasleton had primers cheaper than I could pick up at the gun shows. Dixie does have powder but they had a narrow selection as do most smaller retail shops. It is best to call around and price with fuel cost considered.

Dixie Ammo Dump link:http://www.missouribullet.com/ For quality jacketed pistol bullets shipped to your door try either Zero/Roze in Alabama (free shipping if bulk order) http://www.rozedist.com/ or bulk order from Delta in Mississippi who have reasonable shipping fees and slightly higher cost. There are others but these are the cheaper ones that produce uniform, correctly sized bullets. Rifle bullets have been cheaper at the gun shows and I order them typically 1K at a time to save money.

Brass can be purchased new and the best buy has often been Starline Brass who also make brass for the major players. http://www.starlinebrass.com/?gclid=CNrUpMXL1acCFcrt7QodkG4n9w Used once fired brass you have numerous choices here on ODT, Gunbroker, the brass exchange etc. Brass exchange link:

Ga. Arms is open to the public M-F. They close early on Fridays. They're located on the west side of Villa Rica, a mile or so off 20. They have decent prices on powder and primers. I buy all my small quantities from them. Stuff that I may want to just try out, or fill in powders when I'm not ready to place a large order. I buy my 4/8lb powders from Powder Valley in Kansas. You can combine primers with powder, so that's when I buy most of my hazmat stuff. The folks at Ga. Arms have always treated me like they really appreciate my business, and I appreciate having them nearby too. I buy a lot of cast bullets from them. They are usually well below what you'll find at other places, and shoot great for me. Below are links for both.
