What I am saying is the housing market is cooling off in my area, and across the nation if you follow the trends. I sell RE on a part time basis, so I see how long the houses stay on the MLS where I live/sale, along with the prices reductions. Again, RE pricing is local, but anyone that been in the game for any length of time can see what was going on in the market the past year or so is not sustainable in the long term.You're saying that today in your area, there's retail home pricing that's equal to that of 2010, twelve years ago ?
