What I am saying is the housing market is cooling off in my area, and across the nation if you follow the trends. I sell RE on a part time basis, so I see how long the houses stay on the MLS where I live/sale, along with the prices reductions. Again, RE pricing is local, but anyone that been in the game for any length of time can see what was going on in the market the past year or so is not sustainable in the long term.

I hope real estate cools off, everyone moving here is from out west, people here having a hard time upgrading or buying a house depending on your life stage.
I see houses sitting longer on the market rates have doubled so I guess that helped cool it off some. However still don’t see prices adjusted much still it was so much cheaper in 2018 than now.
Time will tell on what happens.

in our area, I am seeing some properties stay on the market for 4 to 6 weeks with no offers, and a price reduction by the owner. Yeah, they were over priced to start with, but it seems some sanity is coming back to the market
