Rear Flip Kit for '07 Tundra ??

The SOS kit I will be installing when the new leaf springs arrive.

Does the '07 Tundra have a rear brake proportioning valve? Proportioning valves change brake pressure with axle height. High pressure without a load will lock your rear brakes with minimum pedal movement. At speed, this is very dangerous. The axle side of the valve switch arm needs to be relocated to the proper angle.

I have not seen anything to indicate the BPV is an issue from '07 forward, but I seem to recall this issue when I lifted my T100 a little bit, an extension was used to keep the BPV in the same position it was pre-lift.

I wonder what Toyota did in '07 to replace the mechanical valves?
 
These are the current measurements, rear & front.
If everything goes as planed, the rear will drop & match the current (unaltered) front.
