Recommendation for a custom AIWB holster please?

What gun are you wanting to carry ? I think that makes a difference in which holster and which feature may be important.

I'll bet he's probably carrying something like a Sig P320 with a micro red dot sight and a light. Just a guess.

TRex sidecar appendix holster. Very comfortable. I have one of those for my Glock and a JM custom for my M&P 2.0Compact. Both are comfortable but if I had to pick one it would be the Trex Sidecar.

I love my T-Rex Arms Sidecar - it's really high quality and everything just fits perfectly (can't say the same about the Dara OWB I just got this past week, unfortunately - bad fitment). The Tier 1 Concealed stuff looks very similar in quality.

Gearcraft sounds like a great choice, especially if you want to shop local.

With that set up I would use G-Code. I would add a sponge wedge too because of width at the muzzle.
