Done some Ribs on the Rec Tec this morning and made a half gallon of my own BBQ sauce which if I say so myself is some of the best I've tried anywhere. The ribs were absolutely great too.

Yes Sir and they were really juicy and tender fall of the bone clean.
Made a lot of ribs and stuff on my RecTec. Crispy chicken wings are one of my wife's favorite things I make along with corn on the cob. If Kroger has it on manager's special, seems to come home and end up on the smoker.
I know what you mean, but it's so simple to use.
Salmon and shrimp the other day and some ribs from one of the many times. These grills make smoking easy and hard to screw up.
