Riddle me this

So say I bought an 80% lower and finished it out, there are no markings on it what so ever. Would it be possible to SBR it since there is no serial number, no name of manufacturer....nothing. That would be an odd looking form 1. Would it be approved? Would it be rejected, and why?

You would have to engrave your own serial number, also you are the manufacturer on a form 1 so you would have to engrave your trust and city. Yes it can be approved

To make an sbr you have to put "your" markings on it. You would have to put your name/trust name city,state and serial # if it doesn't already have one.
