Did you compare it to any Nightforce products? Seems those are in the same price range? Also, which reticle did you go with?

I got a really good deal on it that kept it below the Nightforce price range. I went with the EBR-2 MOA reticle.

This was the first bolt gun I ever bought for myself. I was in my early 20's and was going to Wyoming hunting every year. I wanted a gun that I could make my "out west gun". I've bought and built many since but will always have a place for this one. It's pretty much bone stock except for the trigger and some bedding. I still like this Remington 700 BDL, L/S/S in 7mm Mag. Vari-X III 4.5-14x50, harris bipod, paracord sling I made to match the rifle.
