There are a number of clamps. Triclaws, RRS, Crux, Hog Saddle and Pig saddle come to mind. There are more. The Pig Saddle is peobably your best budget option.
Just like your rifle, glass, bipod and everything else, your planned usage and end goal is going to determine your requirements for a tripod and the accoutrements. Which in turn will put you in different prices. Which is why my first questions were budget and intended use. If just hunting and looking for a bit more stability, then you are probably good with something like a Shockey shooting tripod. Light, fast and easy to pack.
