For anyone that doesn't get or read the monthly newsletter from River Bend Gun Club. The board of directors has banned the Sig P320 and all it's variants from use on club property. This includes use during matches and casual shooting. Just thought I'd let everybody know.

MESSAGE FROM THE CHIEF RANGE OFFICER
Sig Sauer P320 / M18 / M17
Due to ongoing safety concerns involving unintended discharges reported with this model, effective
immediately, the use of the Sig Sauer P320 / M18 /M17 and all its variants are banned from use on
River Bend Gun Club property. The goal of this decision by the Board of Directors is the safety of our
members, staff and guests. While we have no direct knowledge of the potential defect of this
firearm, the volume of ranges, organizations and military units declaring a problem has made it too
visible to deny. We will re-evaluate the decision in the future as more credible information comes in.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience.

Well..
That’s good and all… but it’s not like this is the only instance of the 320 being in the headlines. There are far too many to ignore at this point… and many don’t seem to be the run of the mill discharge while reholstering…

It's been hashed out pretty good on here, I know. If a Guardsman in DC is carrying a side arm, it's a Sig, check the pics. How it all gets settled, no one can say. Each club will do their own restriction, true. Mine is "deciding" .. Just the way it is.
