Riverbend gun club 200yd rimfire match june 3rd

Correct.
Single-load only.

But, my Ruger 10/22 is so difficult for me to load the chamber with my fingers,
I actually "use" the magazine.
I put one round in a magazine,
put it in the gun, chamber it, shoot it,
drop the magazine, stick another cartridge into the mag and repeat.

I don't understand the point of single shot only?
to make you take your shot and not just lob them at the target. even if you shoot one round every two seconds, you still dont come off target. by single loading you will need to reacquire your target...
my nephews with a 10 22 would just plink and plink. not worrying about the shot, just the shooting. i give them the cricketts and they take their time and make each shout count...

They make single round magazines just for this reason.
