Scaringe is steamrolling his company right through the taxpayers of Walton and Morgan counties with no regard for surrounding landowners. This has all been done against the wishes of homeowners for miles around. Rivian is ruining the quality of life for thousands of Georgians who live here. Of course this was possible by appointing an unelected committee(JDA) to negotiate secretly with Rivian.
I fervently hope the incoming recession bankrupts the company.

They are literally right next door to us. I despise them, as does everyone I know around here.

I wouldn’t buy an EV but the government seems all in on subsidizing them. When the government subsidizes something, we get more of it. That doesn’t mean Rivian stock will do well in the long term though of course.

I read a couple of months ago that Rivian was 6 billion dollars in the red. If that’s true I’d hate to own one of their vehicles.
