Yep, called themselves and confirmed that due to the new Biden law, they are saying no private sales. That any individual needs to communicate with a FFL @ the show to get a cost of running a background and 4473.

They won't be able to enforce this rule themselves but they are saying any firearms transfer needs to be conducted with a background check.

Then riddle me this. If a 4473 is just a disposition record, why is one needed for a firearm that is not be diposed?

Oh well, since I don't need any gutters or gutter guards or pain bracelets, I guess I'll skip it.

draw back is with the wording... you could still be charged as a unlicensed dealer even going thru a ffl.. i am not 100% but i think the ffl can get popped for helping a unlicensed dealer.. has nothing to do with background checks or safety, its just a grab to punish firearm owners....

oh well... i am done with all this.. i am gonna move to south America and open a food delivery service..
i am gonna hire strippers to deliver my food... gonna call it "Boober Eats"...

Because an FFL can't run a background check w/o a 4473 of record.
