What are the odds the feds take someone out in handcuffs this weekend if they were to catch them selling "privately"? I thought about bringing a few things to put out like in past shows but that looks very much in doubt now.

draw back is with the wording... you could still be charged as a unlicensed dealer even going thru a ffl.. i am not 100% but i think the ffl can get popped for helping a unlicensed dealer.. has nothing to do with background checks or safety, its just a grab to punish firearm owners....

I just spoke to Cristal with the Rk show this weekend in atlanta, they adv for this weekends show private vendors are allowed to sell guns but after this weekend they are not without an ffl
