I picked up a Rossi combo, 308/20 gauge today. It came with both barrels, and I am wondering, can I purchase other calibers (223, 22/250, etc.) barrels. I think I should be able to but am not sure. Does anybody or has anybody bought just the barrels before?? If so, where did you get them and how much were they costing. Thanks.

Rossi combo rifle package??????

I think you can get them from Rossi. I own a .22/.410 combo and looked a .243/.22/20 ga. today. Pretty much like the encore setup.
Interchangeable. Check Gunbroker before factory.
They are interchangeable, unlike H&R which need to be fitted at the factory. I know a lot of wannabe gunsmiths fit their own H&R barrels, but it is a Bubba job with beer can shims and grinding on the frames. My son has a Rossi 12/.308 that he carries in his truck, it shoots good and he has killed deer and turkey with his. He is going to get a .243 barrel so his daughter can hunt deer with it.
