Ruger LCP mag extension?

Galloway Ruger LCP +1 magazine extensions... Seems like a nice product but has anyone used them? I'd like to know before I shell out 23 of my hard earned dollars each. My main concern being that it reuses the factory mag spring and I wonder about last round feeding issues.
