How do you know you were the First PM?

A post on the original thread means ZIP as they dont get responded to. Pm is key and then you dont know if you were 1st or 100th..

The reason is simple, too many times some one will try an “I’ll take it” and then start a negotiation as to the above mentioned requirements. Sometimes people think that an “Ill take it” means the seller should wait for them to raise funds, or sell their item before coming to get the item.

It means nothing, and never has.

If you're a serious buyer then private message the seller that you wish to buy at the time and place of their choosing.

If someone beat you to it, or they decided to deal with someone else for whatever reason just put your big boy panties on and move on.

In my opinon and experience, a PM trumps an "I'll take it" every time. Talk is cheap. Thanks.

I’ve also seen where some one calls dibs and the expects the seller to drive two hours to them at the same price listed.

If the 2 parties had any integrity it meant something. Integrity is in VERY short supply around here
