A friend of mine... is curious if they were to come into possession of an Alamo-15 Trigger, with the Tommy Triggers Alamo-15 upgrade kit installed in it, in addition to a three position safety, would they be able to sell these items in the classifieds here without their account being smashed? They are a member of several 2A groups such as GOA, NAGR, Second Amendment Foundation, etc. They would be lawfully allowed to own these things thanks to the great Judge O'Connor of the 5th Circuit smacking the taste out of the ATF's mouth. Would a posting of said items with the stipulation that the buyer present proof of their membership to NAGR, get my friend the ban hammer?
