Yes, I agree. I have 3 1911's and they are all different yet still 1911's. I am very interested in your personal experience with your CSX. What is your take on the trigger? Does all the hoopla about the false reset have any "real" affect at all? Most videos I see people either love it or hate it.

I don't really notice the reset, mainly because I am not trying to empty 12 rounds in 3 seconds like the YouTube guys. lol. So I have never experienced any issues. I can pop off a round per second, and have never had that “Failure to Fire” experience that I saw Hickok45 and The Honest Outlaw have. The funny thing is, when they thought it failed to fire, they realized afterwards that it was them not being used to the gun. They just don’t release the trigger far enough.I guess I’m used to it, as it is my EDC and gets the most work at the range in comparison to my other guns.

FYI, yesterday I ordered the Shield plus, The $399 was too good to pass up and I already own the Shield 9mm M2.0. This means that I'm already familiar with how it will look and perform. Yes, I still want a CSX, maybe another time.
If the Shield Plus Performs like my other shield, then I will be happy.

The trigger Got the Shield Plus yesterday. The trigger seems a bit gritty. I spritzed the Striker Safety in the slide with some lube and that helped a lot but its feels strange. Rack the slide and pull the trigger, I don't notice it, only after the trigger is pulled with no live round and no mag pulling the trigger over and over again.
