The original opinion didn't really change anything anyway.
People still shouldered the braces. I even saw a YouTube video of a guy shouldering his and laughing about it.
Has anybody ever been charged with an illegal SBR because they shouldered a brace?

To be perfectly honest the first time I saw one of those braces I commented to myself " That could be used as a stock, it's as clear as day ". So it's good to see they aren't giving it the boot.
I figure they reversed their decision twice "it's ok, no it's not, it's ok again". I'll just SBR anything I'm keeping and shooting regularly that way it will always be ok. Got my VZ58 pistol paperwork in process and I will have it any month now...
Is the Shockwave Blade included to this list or the FUGLY sig arm brace only?
Reading the letter suggests that running a Shockwave out to last position and tightening the set screw could possibly be considered as a stock, so SBR.
Everytime any government agency tries to "clarify" they just muddy the water more.
